- Any personal information/data provided to us about using our website will be treated as strictly confidential and will be in line with the Privacy Agreement and prevailing laws and regulations.
- Posting of photos or videos of products on any platform will be done with the prior permission of the company; the standards set by the website/company will be strictly followed.
- This website contains multiple videos, documentaries, photos, visuals of local areas, individuals, etc. All visuals and photos of persons, products, or places are published with the prior permission and complete consent of concerned people.
- The Company, itself, is the sole owner of all media and content including photos, videos, or any other visuals on the Company, itself, has the sole and exclusive right to amend or make any updates on the website. - For premium Quality Assurance and other precautionary measurements, the established branches of Melaosho are regularly working to monitor all products, a strict criterion has been laid for maintaining checks and balances at both ends.
- In case of natural disasters and accidents, if the product(s) is not delivered in the prescribed time, the company shall not be held liable for any of such natural/accidental delays.
- Advertising, buying, and selling of any illegal items, such as narcotics or unhealthy items are strictly prohibited on the platform.
- In no event Melaosho shall be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, delivery, negligence, or another tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the service or the contents of the service, Melaosho reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modification to the contents on the service at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms will be governed by and interpreted by the laws of the State of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
General Terms & Conditions
- Individuals associated with this platform will be required to advertise and sell their products on Melaosho’s webpage https://melaosho.com/ with the permission of the Company.
- The Company provides complete (value-addition, packaging, marketing, and logistics) assistance to indigenous products by modern requirements along with easy access to both national and international markets. For any individual who wants to link and offer his/her skill/product to Melaosho’s platform, the above-mentioned privileges and facilities will be provided by the company without any discrimination of race, religion, creed, locality, language, color, etc.
- About payments for products, initially, cash on delivery (COD) applies to all customers.
- All the products on the platform will be published/marketed by the rules set by the C
- The prices will be by the Price Control Authority, Government of Pakistan, or as per prevailing market rates, or with the consent of the manufacturer, or the cultivator of the product.
- Upon receiving the product, it will be the customer’s responsibility to properly check the product for any defects before clearance of payments. After checking and payments, if there is any defect found in the product the company shall not be liable to refund.
- People affiliated with this platform will be bound to disclose the advantages and disadvantages of the product before selling it. If the manufacturer of the product is found guilty of any misrepresentation, fraud, adulteration, or any other act that causes damage to the company’s reputation or any individual concerned, the company shall take strict legal action against such culprits.
- To promote a product on the platform, the seller will be bound to provide complete details of the product, its nature, its advantages, its disadvantages, its potential health benefits/risks, any precautions about the usage of the product, any age limit, etc.
- The Company will provide complete marketing solutions and eco-friendly packaging to women in rural areas who are involved in the traditional domestic bakery business and will train them through innovative ideas to create products that are in line with modern requirements.
- The Company will use innovative marketing resources to make the products look elegant and promote them at the national and the international level.
- The seller will be bound to provide the accurate quantity or weight of the product(s) on time by the rules laid down by the Company on the website.
- The Company shall be liable for negligence in any of its obligations by the rules and regulations.
- In case of any dispute with the Company, the parties will first try to resolve the issue through negotiation. In case of non-settlement, the parties will be bound to resolve the dispute through the Arbitration Council.
- The Company will be bound to operate by the Government of Pakistan and the International laws.
- Product Delivery and Marketing Services charges will be fixed by the rules and regulations laid down by the Company.
- The Company’s policy will be the same for all. Nepotism and infringement will neither be accepted nor tolerated under any circumstances.
- Food items, such as fruit jam, pickles, sweets, baked items, etc, will be made part of the platform after proper testing so that they can be cleaned of contaminants and unhealthy ingredients if any.
- People affiliated with the platform will be bound to deliver the product to the relevant branches of Melaosho in original and good condition. The producers will be responsible for any defect in the product.
- To sell any product on the platform, taxes, quality control, and all related legal requirements will have to be fulfilled by the seller/maker/manufacturer/cultivator.
